As soon as the generator we needed came onto stock, we were notified and the installation team came out. It took the greater part of one day as our installation was complicated due to electric meter being on the opposite side of our home. The installation team was excellent and they did a fabulous job!! Would highly recommend them!!! The gentlemen that came out to instruct us were very thorough. Thank you!!
Some parts of my experience were great and others not so much. Tom Jones was awesome and appreciated his honesty and knowledge. And the guy that turned it on was good. However...after the initial part of the install, when done the workers told me someone would be scheduling an appt with me for the next step. Heard nothing. After a week I called and was told that the process had changed and I needed to call Dominion energy to upgrade my meter. He indicated he would send me an email explaining. I did as I was told and scheduled the upgrade. But then as I read the email I remember that they were suppose to run lines through my attic. I wondered if Dominion would be doing that...so I called back only to find out NO...that someone from supercenter was suppose to schedule an appt with a contractor to run the lines. So I had to cancel my appt with Dominion....wait more days...have the work done...and then reschedule with Dominion. I would have appreciated better and more complete communication.
From the sales process to the installation and start-up was flawless--Everyone was informative and demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism.
